In order for customers to feel safe using their credit and/or debit card it’s mandatory to provide a secure environment for transfer transactions.
In this module employees will learn the types of credit cards most common in the US and the types of credit card theft that may occur at a convenience store.
This module covers magstripe cards, chip cards, security flaws, credit card procedures, suspicious indicators, skimming, and recognizing a skimmer.
