Ready Training Online offers the California Responsible Beverage Service training your team needs to understand the material and pass the California Alcohol Server Certification exam. After passing the exam, trainees will earn their California Alcohol Server Certification, which is valid for three years.

Florida Alcohol Responsible Vendor Program

Florida Alcohol Responsible Vendor Program

The Florida Alcohol Responsible Vendor Program is a responsible alcohol sales training course for businesses that sell alcohol for off-premise consumption. This program follows the training guidelines established by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco. In this module, employees will learn their responsibility to follow the law when selling alcohol, including how to check ID and how to refuse sales when necessary. They will also learn how alcohol effects the body and some signs of intoxication.

Maine Responsible Alcohol Sales

RTO®’s Maine Responsible Alcohol Sales online course is approved by the Maine Bureau of Alcoholic Beverages and Lottery Operations (BABLO). Employees who successfully complete this training will be awarded a certificate of completion that is good for three years. This module covers the laws regarding alcohol sales, how to check IDs, including spotting fake IDs, and how to identify and handle suspicious behavior during alcohol sales.

Michigan Off-Premise Alcohol Sales

As a seller of alcohol in Michigan, you must follow laws specific to your state. This compliance training course covers the Michigan laws relating to the sale of alcohol for off-premise consumption. Employees will learn and understand their responsibilities in preventing the sale of alcohol to underage or visibly intoxicated persons. They will also learn proper ID checking techniques, including the difference between a minor driver’s license and an adult driver’s license, and how to identify and handle suspicious behavior.

New York ATAP Off-Premise Sales

Our NYSLA-approved training details the laws and procedures for selling alcohol in the state of New York. As a seller of alcohol, you must follow the law to keep alcohol out of the hands of minors and intoxicated persons. This course covers the laws specific to New York state relating to the sale of alcohol for off-premise consumption. Employees will also learn how to check IDs, including spotting fake IDs, and how to identify and handle suspicious behavior during alcohol sales.

Oklahoma Responsible Sales and Service

Our ABLE approved alcohol sales training course covers the information required by the Oklahoma ABLE commission as well as general information about responsible alcohol sales and service. Employees will also learn about how the laws of Oklahoma apply to the servers and sellers of alcohol who can be charged criminally and held liable civilly if they don’t follow responsible alcohol selling laws.

Pennsylvania RAMP Server/Seller Training

Approved by the PLCB, this training is intended specifically for businesses that have a liquor license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and is designed to prevent sales or service of alcohol to visibly intoxicated patrons or minors under the age of 21. Successful completion of the program and a passing exam score of 80% or higher will merit a certificate valid for two years.

South Dakota Responsible Alcohol Sales

As a seller of alcohol, you must follow the law to keep alcohol out of the hands of minors and intoxicated persons. This responsible alcohol sales training is approved by the state of South Dakota and outlines the state-specific laws relating to the sale of alcohol for off-premise consumption. Employees will learn how to check IDs, including spotting fake IDs, and how to identify and handle suspicious behavior during alcohol sales. Certification is valid for four years.

Tennessee Responsible Vendor Program

Tennessee Responsible Vendor Training

Our Tennessee Responsible Vendor certification program is approved by the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) and meets state training requirements. Participants are required to take an annual refresher.

Texas TABC Certification

This course has been reviewed and approved by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) and covers the laws specific to Texas relating to the sale and service of alcohol. Employees will learn how to check IDs, including spotting fake IDs, and how to identify and handle suspicious behavior during alcohol sales. Certification is valid for two years. (TABC-approved seller school #636718.)

Utah EASY Off-Premise Alcohol Sales

This state-approved compliance training details guidelines for responsible alcohol sales in the state of Utah. Our Utah EASY alcohol sales training covers the laws specific to Utah relating to the sale of alcohol for off-premise consumption. Employees will learn how to check IDs, including spotting fake IDs, and how to identify and handle suspicious behavior during alcohol sales. Certification is valid for five years.

Vermont Alcohol & Tobacco Off-Premise Seller

This course is approved by the Vermont Department of Liquor Control’s Education Division and covers the laws relating to the sale of alcohol in the state of Vermont. Employees will learn and understand their responsibilities in preventing the sale of alcohol to underage or visibly intoxicated persons. They will also learn proper ID checking techniques, and how to identify and handle suspicious behavior. Certification is valid for two years.
