Online Sexual Harassment Prevention Training in California
All employees are entitled to a comfortable and hostile-free work environment. California law requires that all businesses with five or more employees provide training on a variety of topics including how to prevent sexual harassment and how to handle it if it does occur. Mandatory training is already in effect for current employees and supervisors. New employees must be trained within 6 months of their hire date or promotion to a supervisory position. All employees must be re-trained every two years. This California Sexual Harassment Prevention training course meets and exceeds the minimum training standards as mandated by the California Fair Housing and Employment Act (FEHA), Senate Bill 1343, and related legislation.
