Online Sexual Harassment Prevention Training in Illinois
All employees are entitled to a comfortable and hostile-free work environment. Illinois law requires that businesses train their employees on state and federal anti-harassment laws, how to recognize harassment, how to report harassment, and the employer’s responsibility to investigate harassment complaints. Additional training requirements apply to employees of restaurants and bars. Employees and supervisors must be trained within 90 days of their hire date. All employees must be retrained each year.
